So when my girlfriend brought this dish to a party last winter I was begging for the recipe. I thought it might be a family recipe, but it turned out to be from Paula Dean. The french toast was moist, a bit sinful and the kids could not get enough of it. I made it for Christmas morning since we had family coming over. Most of the dirty work is done the night before. I even measured the toppings the night before, so that I wouldn't have to pull out a single measuring cup in the morning. The next morning all I had to do was pop it in the oven and my work was done. The dish was a hit and I think it will become an annual tradition.

Paula Dean's baked french toast is a bit of heaven
I am always looking for great recipes that are EASY. I like to eat, but if the recipe is too hard I'll never make it twice, I don't care how good it tastes.

Best Stroller Ever
In my humble opinion the best stroller known to man. I WISH someone would have told me about the Phil and Ted stroller when I was first shopping for one. Although it is a bit pricey the fact that it converts from a single to a double stroller in seconds is worth every penny. I didn't find out about this beauty until I saw one being used at the local zoo. Once I was in the market for a double stroller I bought it and couldn't be happier.
From the mouth of babes.
This morning my 16 month-old, Ronan, pulled down a blind from our kitchen glass door, Ethan turned to him and said "You should know better!" lol My three-year-old is now Mommy #2.
